Rooms and Holiday Flats

The right thing for everyone!

Most of our rooms are big enough to place another cot or extra bed. To be prepared at your arrival we ask you to inform us in advance.

 An extra bed or cot will be charged with Euro 30,00.

 Your pets are welcome if we are informed in advance.

Our kitchenettes are equipped as follows:

Sink, 2-ring stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and filter bags, toaster, kettle, dishwashing liquid, cloths and tea towels. In addition, there are sufficient quantities of cooking and eating utensils and cutlery.

Apartment for 2 person in modern Tyrolean style:

1 bed room 28m² with kitchenette, balcony or terrace and private bathroom

€ 108,00, € 118,00 or € 128,00 per night, depending on the season (excluding local tax and cleaning charge)

High season means carneval, Christmas an New Year, July and August

Apartment for 2 person barrier-free / disabled-friendly in modern Tyrolean style:

1 bed room 28m² with kitchenette, terrace and private bathroom

€ 108,00, €118,00 or € 128,00 per night, depending on the season (excluding local tax and cleaning charge)

High season means carneval, Christmas an New Year, July and August

Holiday flat for 2 person (40m²) in modern Tyrolean style:

1 bedroom, 1 sitting room with kitchenette, balcony or terace and private bathroom

€ 128,00, € 138,00 or € 148,00 per night, depending on the season (excluding local tax and cleaning charge)

High season means carneval, Christmas an New Year, July and August

Penthouse holiday flat for 2 person (50m²) under construction:

Two new apartments will be built between March 2026 and June 2026, we will be happy to present during the construction phase.

We place value on personal care!

For your equipment, like ski, skating- or ski shoes and your trekking boots we prepared an extra room with shoe heating and shower for shoes or dogs.
